Delivered within 48 hours*!
*Local*2 deliveries will be delivered within 48 hours using our OFIS delivery vehicles*3! Orders delivered outside of our local*2 delivery areas will be sent via a courier. Deliveries are made between the hours of 9am and 5pm on business days only. Please ensure there is someone available during these hours at the delivery location specified to sign for your order, and accept delivery of your goods*4.
Please note: large and heavy*5 orders or orders containing furniture*6 items may take a little longer to deliver due the extra handling required.
Delivery Charges
One of the delivery charges in the table shown below will apply if:-
a) you are outside the local*2 delivery area
b) you are inside the local*2 delivery area but your order is less that $50*1:-

Terms & Conditions
*1. Free delivery applies to orders in a single transaction totalling $50 or more (inc GST), or for orders of 10 reams of copy paper or more in a single transaction, that are delivered within the local area of a Harvey Norman OFIS Store.
*2. Local delivery areas are available for: Auburn, Albury, Maitland, Cambridge Park and Mentone (click on the relevant link to download a PDF copy of the local delivery postcodes for each region).
*3. Our OFIS delivery vehicles will be used to deliver local orders. If the OFIS delivery vehicles are unavailable at the time your order is being delivered we will send your order via courier. If your order is eligible for free delivery you will not incur any charges for the cost of the courier.
*4. If upon delivery no one is available to sign for the order and/or except delivery of the order, you may incur a re-delivery fee.
*5. Large and heavy orders are any orders weighing over 20Kg or any items in an order that exceed the size of 900x1200mm. Harvey Norman OFIS takes no responsibility in ensuring that large and heavy orders will fit or be suitable for the place of delivery and/or installation.
*6. Furniture items include desks (and all desk components such as returns, credenzas etc), chairs, tables, filing cabinets, bookshelves, cupboards, shelving, tables and trolley carts. Harvey Norman OFIS takes no responsibility in ensuring that furniture items will fit into the place of delivery and/or installation. This includes whether the item is flat packed or when it is built.
